Paid memberships are currently only available in the following countries:

    USA
    Canada
    UK
    Australia
    New Zealand

The Introductory Free System Availability
The free introductory system is available in most countries.

Why the differences?
Trading across international borders has become quite complex. Such complexities may be legal, IP related or financial or any mixture thereof. For this reason membership is currently limited to certain countries and only to persons who can make payments from accounts within those countries.
