The current status:

We will try to use this page to communicate if lots of people are affected by the same issue. Replying to each person on a 'one to one' basis would eat up time that is better spent on solving the issue instead.
This page was therefore set up in order to allow us to communicate as quickly as possible with everyone who may be affected.
