Notes on Geographic or Other Restrictions:
Access to membership and its resources is limited to certain geographic locations.
Here is a list of locations where membership is available..
Persons or subscribers who try to hide their location or who by other means attempt to bypass any geographic restrictions on the site put themselves at serious risk of legal penalties. This may include banning without refund or fines for copyright infringement. (See Copyright).
Our intention is to open services up to additional countries where it is practical to do so, so please be patient.
Terms:
The following terms are in addition to the Terms of Use.
"Subscriber" means a person who has chosen to pay for access to member resources.
Membership gives access to extra content.
Therapists, counsellors and coaches who wish to use membership tools with their clients can do so but only in the manner described within the Terms of Use since there are limitations on such use. Such persons must check the Terms Of Use to ensure they are followed.
Subscription is for the benefit of having access to the members area and purchase of membership provides access by means of an Access Key Code which is tied to your email. A subscription provides access for the amount of time purchased. If a subscriber chooses not to access the service provided in the membership area during that time, then no refund shall be due since the subscription payment is for the provision of access to use the service and not necessarily for use of the service. For each month purchased, 31 days of access is granted. This is to ensure that those who purchase during February or other shorter months get the same level of value as those who purchase during longer months.
If membership is cancelled by either party, then the subscriber may no longer use the service.
In the event of difficulty accessing the members area tools, the subscriber should consult the FAQ as this offers guidance on such circumstances. If you have tried everything and if there are apparent technical issues with the site itelf then the member should notify us unless we have already issued a notification.
If a member purchases a period of time it is only valid from the date of purchase. You should wait for access to expire before making a further purchase in order to obtain further access.
Under this Agreement, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the site and services in a reliable fashion, but there may be times when the site or certain services are not available. This may be because of technical issues, site maintenance, force majeure, problems with third party services or for other reasons. We cannot guarantee continuous availability and we assume no liability for any disruptions. By subscribing to membership a subscriber understands and accepts this.
Based upon the circumstances, we may try to notify subscribers of any interruptions to service but we cannot absolutely guarantee to do so for the reason that it may not be possible depending upon the circumstances. Where possible, notifications will be posted on the login hub page for the members area itself. The login hub page is available by visiting the home page, scrolling to the bottom of the page and double clicking "Login". We would also try to post a notification on the notifications page. This is accessible at the top of the FAQ.
In order to ensure that the optimum service is delivered to our existing members, we may at our discretion stop selling new memberships whilst we increase system resources.
In the event of any billing issues the subscriber should contact us.
If you purchase an Access Key Code for membership then you are accountable for all activity on your account, authorised or not, and you must safeguard your account information.
You must notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorised account use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use, but you may be held responsible for losses incurred by us or others through your account.
A membership is for the individual subscriber who has that membership. Any subscriber who is suspected of abusing their membership may have their membership terminated and in this context we may cancel the membership or take other actions if it is deemed appropriate to do so.
Subscriber membership provides a very significant resource by means of additional 7 Minute Self Help tools, versions of tools, levels of tools and types of tools. Despite the variety which is already available within the members area, the intention is to increase the available resources even further. Whenever additional tools or instructions for 7MSH are created by us, they will appear automatically within the members area. Subscribing members should watch for any icons or icon variants that they may not have noticed before.
When visiting the Site, your communication may result in the transfer of information across borders. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.
Persons or subscribers who try to hide their location or who by other means attempt to bypass any geographic restrictions put themselves at serious risk of legal penalties. This may include banning without refund or fines for copyright infringement. (See Copyright).
Our intention is to open services up to additional countries where it is practical to do so, so please be patient.
We reserve the right to update these terms. You agree to regularly review these terms so as to make yourself aware of any such changes.
