Here is how to message for technical support

Step 1.

Did you check the FAQ first?
It will almost always be fastest to get an answer from the FAQ. Answers are immediate there.
Support emails do take time for reply and you should only contact support if the information is not readily available elsewhere on the website.

Step 2.

If the answer is not available in the FAQ, enter your first name and click "Please Create Email"
(This will begin to write an email for you, which you can then send)

Step 3.

After clicking, you will be prompted to select your email program. Open it and check you are happy with the content. Then send the email. It fills in the address etc automatically.

If you make a mistake you can reload this page and try again.
