Lost Access Key Code

Step 1.

Access key codes should be kept safe. If you have forgotten you "Access Key Code" then you should first check your old emails.

Your code was sent to you at the time and date of purchase. PLEASE remember to check your intray, archived or deleted email folder, and also your spam folder too of course.
To find your code search for any emails with "7MSH" or "7 Minute Self Help" in the title.

Step 2.

If you have definitely lost your "Access key Code" then we can manually create a replacement code for you. Unfortunately this does take time to do. It requires verifying the original sales receipt and then the support technician must carefully create a suitable replacement for the lost code. A real life person has to use their time to do this, and for this reason there may be a $10 charge for us to provide a replacement code. You will need to attach your original proof of purchase including date and price paid. Codes cannot be supplied without proof of eligibility.

Step 3.

After clicking below, you will be prompted to select your email program. Open it and check you are happy with the content. Remember to attach your original purchase receipt. Then send the email. It fills in the address etc automatically.
